These Terms of Use include the usage conditions between the Magnus website and application (hereinafter referred to as Magnus) and all individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as USER).

USERS, by benefiting from the services offered on Magnus (whether by paying a fee or for free) or accessing the site or application in any way, declare that they are over 18 years of age or, if they are not of legal age, that they have the legal consent of their parents or legal guardians. They also declare that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms of Use. These USERS are deemed to have accepted in advance any changes made by Magnus to the provisions of these Terms of Use.

The fortune-telling content within the Magnus site and application is created entirely through imagination and for entertainment purposes. It does not, in any way, provide predictions about the future or contain accuracy. The interpretations made on Magnus are a form of traditional fortune-telling language presented for conversational and entertainment purposes. The content provided by fortune-tellers may lead to misunderstandings and may be inappropriate for children or individuals with limited mental capacity.

It is advised that children under the age of 13 should not use the Magnus site or application. USERS under the age of 13 may consult their parents regarding which sites and applications they can use.

All content on the Magnus website and application is subject to the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, and all kinds of intellectual and industrial rights, copyrights, and other intellectual and industrial property rights related to its content, including all sound, image, text, and documents, belong to Futurastic Ltd. The structure and content of this site and application, including all visual materials used, are protected under the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law and the Turkish Penal Code.

No text on the Magnus site and application may be altered, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, mailed, transmitted, presented, or distributed, either entirely or partially, without prior permission and citation of the source, including codes and software. It may not be used without permission on another website or application without citing the source.

To become a USER on Magnus, it is mandatory to download the application and fill in the required information accurately and completely when entering the user information form. Users unconditionally guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in this form.

Magnus respects the personal rights and privacy rights of all Users. Except for reasons outlined in these articles or at the request of judicial authorities, Magnus agrees and undertakes not to share personal information with any institution or organization for any reason.

Magnus does not accept responsibility for the consequences that may arise if USER information is maliciously obtained and misused as a result of attacks on the database.

There will be no violation of copyright and intellectual property rights in any form of use and software. Users are responsible for all copyright and human rights issues that may arise from the content they upload. Magnus cannot be held liable in any way for this. Magnus and the USER are legally completely independent parties. There is no partnership or employee/employer relationship between these two independent parties.

When requesting or making comments, no text attacking personal identities in a manner that violates the law or general moral principles may be written. If Magnus inputs are used as a tool for actions considered crimes under the law, and if a request is made by judicial authorities, the necessary information about users will be provided to the relevant authorities upon request.

USERS may not post or transmit any illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, abusive, humiliating, obscene, disturbing, or immoral information through the interactive areas on the site or application, nor any information that encourages or creates a situation that violates local, national laws or international agreements.

USERS are responsible for the content they publish or share on the Magnus site and application under the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code dated 26/9/2004 and numbered 5237, including but not limited to the following:

Encouraging Suicide: It is a crime to instigate or encourage someone else to commit suicide or to strengthen someone else's decision to commit suicide. Child Sexual Abuse: Any sexual behavior toward children under the age of 15, or children who, despite being older than 15, lack the ability to understand the legal meaning and consequences of the act, is a crime and unacceptable. Facilitating the Use of Drugs or Stimulants: It is a crime to provide specific locations, equipment, or materials to facilitate the use of drugs or stimulants or to provide information to others on methods of use. Supplying Dangerous Substances for Health: Supplying substances that pose a health risk to children, mentally ill individuals, or solvent users is a crime and unacceptable. Obscenity: It is a crime to publish or share obscene images, writings, or words. Prostitution: It is a crime to encourage or facilitate prostitution, or to mediate prostitution. Providing Places or Opportunities for Gambling: It is a crime to provide places or opportunities for children or individuals to gamble. Crimes Against Atatürk: It is a crime to publicly insult or curse Atatürk’s memory. Users are fully responsible for relationships and friendships established through Magnus. Magnus advises all visitors to exercise maximum caution and not share their personal information.

Magnus is not responsible for anything written by USERS in the interactive areas on the site or application and is not required to share the views expressed there. Magnus reserves the right to remove any content added by USERS from the site or application without providing a reason.

USERS may not send or transmit any information, software, or materials containing commercial content or advertisements on the Magnus site or application. Other USERS may not request or engage in advertising activities, such as buying or selling any product. Bank account details, mobile phone numbers, or email addresses cannot be shared.

USERS may not post or transmit any information, software, or materials adapted from content protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without obtaining permission from the owner or person holding the rights.

Magnus is not responsible for any damages that may arise from unauthorized access to USER data if USER information is shared with others, if the user does not log out when leaving the site, or if the phone with the open application is left unattended or stolen in a public area.

Magnus is not responsible for the behavior of any USER. Under no circumstances is Magnus liable for any loss, damage, harm, or death resulting from the use of the site or application, whether online or offline, or from communication and interaction between USERS.

Fortune-tellers are responsible for the interpretations made in the fortunes on the Magnus site and application. It is strictly forbidden to write content that humiliates human values or makes propaganda against the law and the state.

Magnus reserves the right to refuse service to any USERS by refunding the comment credits or fees used to request a reading without providing a reason.

Magnus may turn non-membership-required services into membership-required services over time, introduce additional services, change its services in whole or in part, terminate them temporarily or permanently, or make them paid.

Magnus, without violating the privacy of USERS, may collect anonymous usage information, as well as data on devices, locations, and network usage to improve service quality on the application or website. Magnus may use this anonymous information in statistical and performance evaluations, annual reports, marketing campaigns of Magnus and its business partners, and the marketing of data services by mobile operators. These anonymized data can be stored, processed, and shared with Magnus's business partners for the duration necessary to achieve these purposes. Our use of this information will be subject to this agreement's Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

Magnus reserves the right to cancel memberships, change the form of services provided, or terminate them without providing a reason.

The membership information of USERS whose memberships have been canceled by Magnus or whose memberships have been canceled according to the contract terms will be retained by Magnus.

Magnus reserves the right to unilaterally change or amend the Terms of Use.
