COMMUNICATION PERMISSION  
EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION  

I consent to receiving electronic commercial communications from MAGNUS via the methods I select below:

- SMS/Text Messages
- Email
- Phone Calls

In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated July 15, 2015, and the Amendment to the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated January 4, 2020, as well as the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Data and the Protection of Privacy in the Electronic Communications Sector dated December 4, 2020, your contact details (mobile phone number, email address) will be processed by MAGNUS as a service provider to send you commercial electronic messages, based on your consent. This will continue until you exercise your right to opt out of receiving such communications.

The consent you give for the sending of commercial electronic messages is regarded as your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time without any limitation, in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). In addition, your contact information will be transferred to the Message Management System (IYS) in compliance with Article 5(2)(a) of the Law, which states that “it is explicitly stipulated by laws” for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
